Board of Directors

Despite being a private company, PM took the decision several years ago to invite independent non-executive directors to join its Board. PM’s Board is responsible for the leadership and control of the company. Between them, the directors bring the range of skills, knowledge and experience, including international experience, necessary to lead the company.
