PM Group

Inter IKEA (IKEA’s construction management division, and Poland's largest developer) recently opened another commercial complex at its Bielany Wroclawskie development. The centre accommodates a huge selection of interior décor shops and has thousands of visitors every day.
The new two-storey 22,000m² gallery was constructed on a Design & Build basis. PM Group was responsible for design, construction management, building permitting and tender design (structural, HVAC, mechanical and electrical). During the construction management phase, PM was responsible for verification of the detailed design, monthly progress reports, scheduling, document control, verification of materials and site safety.
This is the third development that PM Group has worked on for IKEA in Poland. Meanwhile in Warsaw, IKEA’s Targówek Centre, which is of the largest commercial developments in Poland, has also been extended. PM was mainly involved in investment supervision and tenant management services for the 90 or so tenants in the complex.
