PM Group the international engineering, architecture and project management company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of PMI Software (PMIS) by IT entrepreneur and businessman, Mr Noel O’Regan.
PMIS was established as a division within the PM Group in 1986 and became a developer and leading provider of specialist software and services in the engineering and project management sectors.
PM Group’s strategic plans are very much centred on the provision of expertise and world class services in engineering, architecture, consultancy and project management to an increasing portfolio of global blue-chip clients.
PM Group is proud to have played an important role in the support and development of PMIS and its team over the past 20 years, however, it’s acquisition by Noel O’Regan is the right strategic decision for both the PM Group and PMIS at this time.
PMIS will retain its name but will change its brand over the coming weeks. The business will relocate on a phased basis to a new office campus in Citywest.
PM Group looks forward to continuing the excellent business relationship with PMIS and its staff into the future.
