An afternoon seminar on ‘World-class Project Management’ presented by Dave Murphy kicked off the official launch of our New Nordic office in Göteborg, Sweden. The seminar was attended by 50 participants from the Nordic Lifescience industry. It was followed by an evening reception attended by 70 people.

From the new Nordic office, we will provide a range of project delivery services to the Nordic lifescience sectors including Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technologies, R&D and Food & Nutritionals.We are currently working on project assignments with Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Nobel Biocare in Sweden and we have previously worked with other Nordic clients such as Oriflame (in Russia), Pharmacia (now Pfizer), SCA (in Poland and Russia), Nycomed, and IKEA (in Poland), Electrolux (in Belgium and Poland).

Speaking at the launch event, Pat McGrath, CEO said ‘We are very proud to be an Irish-based company providing our expertise in designing and delivering complex technology projects around the world. Over 50% of our business now originates outside of Ireland, we operate in 20 countries and the Nordic region is an important part of our international expansion programme, given that it contains a number of biopharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturing and R&D clusters. An office in Göteborg, where some of Sweden’s global multinationals have major facilities, puts PM Group at the heart of the regions industrial base’.
