Organon - Combination Products

PM provided engineering, construction management and other services for Organon's greenfield combination pharmacautical and medical devices manufacturing facility

Organon Ireland Ltd is a subsidiary of the Akzo Nobel Corporation. The company develops and manufactures a range of pharmaceuticals and medical device products for the world market.  In the development a new facility in Dublin, Ireland, Organon appointed PM to provide services including engineering design, assistance with statutory applications and construction management.  The project involved detailed design and planning for a 18,000sqm combination products manufacturing facility.

Project Features:

  • Materials Management / Administration building including large high bay warehouse with low humidity store plus environtainer handling area
  • Goods in / out area including courtyard and loading docks
  • Relocation and extension of Dispensary and QC sampling area at ground floor
  • First Floor Office fit-out, excluding furniture and fittings
  • Spine corridor over existing warehouse with archive / office / plant areas
  • Mechanical and Electrical Services
  • Extensive revamp of existing warehouse including development of a waste management area
