Gates

PM was retained by Gates, an American producer of rubber belts for the automotive and other sectors, to carry out an extension to its existing production facility in the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

The total size of the existing facility was approximately  10,000 m² and the new extension covered an area of approximately 2000 m²

PM's responsibilities in this project included: 

  • Preparation of the Building Permit design
  • Building Permit application and award
  • Permitting
  • Tender design
  • Management of the tender process including procurement
  • Preparation of detailed design
  • Construction Management services
