Greenfield production facility in Łódź -Olechów Fabryka w Łodzi-Olechowie

PM Group provided complete EPCM services to Dell, the world’s leading computer systems company, when the company established a new production facility in Poland.
The new €200 million, 55,000m² facility on a 27 ha site is the most advanced factory of its kind. It produces laptops and PCs. The facility includes the EMF4 building, site infrastructure and tier IV Data Centre (See Mission Critical Facilities)
An experienced team of architects, engineers, project managers and construction professionals from across the PM Group ensured that this fast track project was delivered in record time.

Scope of PM Services included:

  • Generation of full set of tender documents including tender price breakdowns and conditions
  • Pre-qualification of contractors
  • Construction management services

The facility was completed within eleven months.
