Elan is a world leader in drug delivery and speciality biopharmaceuticals. The Elan Site Expansion Project involved the design, construction, commissioning and validation of a new 14,000m2 secondary pharma manufacturing building for the production of oral solid dosage forms.

PM were Project and Construction Managers for the project which also included the parallel execution of a number of smaller revamp projects on Elan's existing site in Athlone, Ireland.
