PM has worked on several projects at Cordis Cashel site, including a site masterplan, and A&E design for a development laboratory and multi-product manufacturing facility which will produce a next-generation drug eluting stent.
Cordis Stent Manufacturing, Ireland
Cordis, a member of the J&J family of companies, manufactures products for the treatment of vascular disease. In 2006, the company announced plans to build a 6,750 m² manufacturing facility, a 600m² development laboratory and a finished goods testing centre in Cashel, Ireland. The facility will produce a next-generation drug eluting stent for the treatment of coronary artery disease.
PM Group has worked on several projects at the Cashel site, including a site masterplan and architecture and engineering design for a new product development centre. This was followed by A&E and project management services for a new cafeteria, offices and quality control laboratory. For the new stent manufacturing facility, PM Group provided A&E design, EHS, procurement services and construction support.
