PM have been project managers, engineers and construction managers for all of GE Healthcare (formerly Amersham Health) developments in Cork, Ireland since the early 1990's.

The 10,500m² facility has clean room classifications ranging from Grade A to D. To date the following projects have been completed:


Phase 1 Development  1991-1993: Refurbishment of an existing production facility to incorporate the full range of process, utility and support operations
Phase 2 Expansion  1995-1996: Additional process areas and a new warehouse
Product Transfer  1997-1998: Additional glass filling line and Blow Fill Seal machine

Global Sourcing  1999-2002: Additional production capacity, a new filling line and a new packaging building
Strategic Site Master Plan: 2001 A roadmap for future investments in Cork up to 2011.
Filling Line 4  2002-2003: Additional filling line and additional utilities infrastructure

At Amersham Health's Shanghai plant, PM carried out a Front-end study for the introduction of additional products, and later developed a Site Master Plan. Meanwhile at Amersham Health's bulk production plant in Lindesnes Norway, PM assisted with a pre-engineering study into potential production changes in the plants.
